Guangzhou EPOXYSCA Material Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures silane coupling agents across 18 major categories, including hydrogen silanes, chloropropyl silanes, alkyl silanes, amino silanes, vinyl silanes, phenyl silanes, epoxy silanes, methacryloxy silanes, sulfur silanes, isocyanate silanes, ureido silanes, and fluorosilanes, with around 89 standard grades in stock. What are the most popular grades for export?

KH-550 (A-1100, amino silane, CAS 919-30-2), KH-560 (A-187, epoxy silane, CAS 2530-83-8), KH-570 (A-174, methacryloxy silane, CAS 2530-85-0) and Si-69 (TESPT, sulfur silane, CAS 40372-72-3) are the most frequently ordered grades. Equivalent international trade names include A-1100, A-187, A-174, Z-6011 and DAMO.

What are the standard packaging and MOQ?

Standard packaging is 25 kg drums, 200 kg drums and 1000 kg IBC totes. Minimum order quantity depends on the grade and packaging; for most standard grades we can start from one pallet. Custom packaging and private labelling are available on request.

What are the delivery terms and lead time?

We quote FOB, CIF and CFR terms. Goods are shipped from Chinese ports, typically Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai or Qingdao depending on the destination. Standard lead time is 7 to 15 working days after order confirmation, subject to grade availability and order quantity.

Can you provide samples and technical documents?

Yes. We provide free samples (typically 500 g) for evaluation, together with the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Sampling freight can be arranged collect or prepaid depending on the region. Please contact us with the grade and quantity you need.

How do I choose the right silane for my application?

Selection depends mainly on your resin system and substrate. For epoxy and polyurethane systems, amino or epoxy silanes (KH-550, KH-560) are usually recommended. For unsaturated polyester, acrylic and peroxide-cured rubber systems, methacryloxy or vinyl silanes (KH-570, VTMS) suit better. For silica-filled rubber compounds, sulfur silanes (Si-69) are the standard choice. Tell us your system and we will recommend the primary and alternative grades.
